I have taken both my vehicles to Roger's recently. I can't say enough positive things about Roger's. Honest and efficient. These guys actually fix the problem. They don't just throw parts at it. I am totally happy with the service i have received at Roger's. Help out local small business! See Roger's repairs, tires, oil changes and pretty much anything else your car could need.

I've been going to this shop for few years and now I haven't yet had a problem with them on a side loyal not hard to find in a shot the get your car in and out as quick as possible!

Roger is a great guy who really wants to help you get your car back on the road. He is very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend him. I went in to get a new muffler installed and he was great!

I went to Roger's Automotive on 6/12/2012. What a great shop! Full service, Very reasonable rates, and quality workmanship too. Like the previous reviewer I was also passing through town and had car trouble; the accessory belt tensioner had gone bad and was causing a squeal between gears. I do a lot of work on my vehicles and I knew the problem since this was a maintenance item I'd skipped during the last tune up. After carefully listening to my diagnosis and checking it out themselves, Roger and his staff agreed. This was the first time in years I had been to an auto shop and felt that I was being listened to by thorough professionals. The repair was done so fast that I hardly had time to boot up my laptop and check my email. They even boxed the old part up for me (I asked for it since I was on a 2500 mile trip and wanted a spare).
On top of that level of professionalism, Roger and his staff are very personable and easy to talk to. The shop is clean and well organized.
I made it through the rest of my trip (the last 1650 miles ended up being through Wyoming and not California) without any issues. And the car is still running great. I would recommend Roger's Automotive to anyone in (or passing through!) Murray, or Salt Lake City.

Had exhaust and mufflers done on my truck here, took longer than expected, customer service was poor. The exhaust welds looked terrible, had pinhole leaks everywhere, and when I went back to have them fixed... I was told that the piping welds should have holes in them and that is normal. I am not a exaust expert but that welds should have holes....really. I contested and asked him to clean them up anyways, and aim for a little less holes. I don't know if it had be either had his son for one of his workers that took care of it. I cannot imagine a professional making more a massacre worse. I got i back with what looked like a child's attempt at correction... it will take me time to grind this down and re weld it. Rodgers has taught me once again, not to trust the small shop, and to do my own work.
I was furious and it took everything I had to not make this into a physic confrontation....I honestly can say I regret using this company but do not have time to fight with them over refunds. High cost for terrible work... they feel very justified.

Just got off the phone with a tech (I think his name was Lenny? Something like that) hoping to get a quote on a needed repair.
Right from the get go he was impatient and seemed annoyed that I called. He gave minimal answers to my few questions and was not interested in being helpful whatsoever. Based off reviews I've seen on this shop I was hoping to stop in here, but thanks to this guy I'm going somewhere else.

I was very nervous about going to a garage that was not at the dealership I bought my car at. When I knew I needed new brakes I did a lot of research because I know next to less than nothing about cars. I called around, asked friends for referrals and did google and yelp searches. And then I found Roger's Automotive. They are knowledgeable, friendly, honest and helpful. They are now my go to for anything to do with cars! I would definitely recommend that everyone use them. You can thank me later ;)

My struts were going out, so I called around to get quotes to replace them. Lonnie at Roger's Automotive quoted me almost half of what Midas quoted me! I was ecstatic! I took it in Monday evening and they had it fixed the next day! They are super nice too! I will definitely be going back for any repairs I need in the future.

As a poor student who just needs to make sure his car lasts him for a few more years, I hate going to the mechanic when there's a problem. I have minimal knowledge about cars, so I hate it when I can tell that I'm getting pushed on things I don't need. I just went to Jiffy Lube with a coupon and they rattled a whole list of things to replace or refill. Had I not seen Roger a few months before and had a no nonsense talk about the state of my car, I probably would have paid a bunch more for services that I don't need right now and won't need for a while yet. Next time I need to take it in, I'm going back to Roger.

Had Problems with brakes..We first took truck to Big O which was a big fat Big F! We paid over 800.00 had to take it back twice and still no brakes, Brought it in to Rogers and they were so nice. We had it in on a saturday and they had it done on monday completely fixed.The price was very fair and will be taking our vehichles there if and when we need it for all services. I will totally recomend Rogers to all my friends and family.

We are new in town and started having problems with our brakes. I was not sure where take our truck...so I looked at the reviews on yelp. Luckily, we found Rogers Automotive. I called around 8 in the morning. They were friendly and able to get us in the same day. Dropped off the truck around noon and they fixed it up in a few hours. Great, friendly, professional service. I had to make a stop because I was driving from California to Chicago, IL, and it so happened to be in Salt Lake City. I called around and Roger had the least expensive pricing for changing the front break pads of my bmw. When I got there, he was very friendly and the work was done right away! He was really quick, and I would def. recommend this shop to anyone! Great shop service + attentive owner = happy customers :)

Rogers worked on my car immidiately, with no wait at all. charged me less then half of what pepboys had quoted and I was treated with respect and hospitality. Wonderful service and saved me 200$... Ill go back for sure.
