Don't be fooled these guys get...

Don't be fooled these guys get no stars from me. They will try to fix things that aren't broken and charge and arm and a leg. I'm pretty sure this is how they are trained. Jerks!

Poop was all over, poop on the people, poop on the doors, poop on the computers, poop on my car, poop on the ceiling. And it stunk like poop.

Horrible customer service and overcharging. On my oil change they informed me that my fluids were low. I asked if they filled them and they replied no, it would have been extra.

These guys are fantastic! Tim was beyond helpful when my car overheated due to another shop's mistake. Plus they are family owned. I will be bringing all my vehicles here from now on.

Ripped Off

I recently stopped by the Southwest Firestone for an oil change. When offer Standard or Synthetic, I asked for Synthetic. Assuming that I would be given a simple synthetic blend, I was alarmed to hear that the bill was over $70. …

Good family owned mechanic

Went in for a new set of tires on my mother-in-law's Civic, the guys at the shop were helpful, professional and gave me a fair price. I like to support local small businesses and felt good about using these guys!

Great Service with a Small Town Feel

I've been taking my car this shop for almost 5 years now. Two sets of tires, new brakes, fluid flushes, batteries, oil changes... They do it all, they do it well, and they do it at a fair price.\r \r Ask for the oil change card. For $60,…

I think the guys here are great. We've been taking our cars here for years and they have consistently been courteous, helpful, honest and efficient. This Firestone is our #1 choice.

This Firestone was completely incompetent. I had to get my car towed in because it would not start, and the mechanic Barry told me it was because I left my car lights on and the battery was dead. First off that isn't possible because I have automatic headlights and the key turned over perfectly fine with my radio and everything working just fine. He told me to come in and pick up my car, it was just the battery and I would be good to go. When I went there my car STILL WOULDNT START and he told me he just ASSUMED it was the battery, he did not check to see if it was working properly before letting me know i could pick up my car. What kind of mechanic ASSUMES what the issue is then doesn't check to see if the problem is fixed before telling the owner to come get it?
I am truly AMAZED at the incapacity of this facility.

We've been taking our cars here for a couple of years for oil changes, which has been fine. Since it was close to our house we started using them for repairs, also. Not once, but twice has my vehicle been returned in worse off condition than when I dropped it off. One was a simple changing of the cabin air filter. After they recommended replacing it, it came back with a very loud noise and vibration on high blower. I called the next day to tell them and Barry told me "sometimes leaves fall in there". It was just replaced!? It didn't have that problem before. They said it wasn't their fault and wouldn't do anything about it. I also had a headlight replaced after their recommendation during an oil change. Two days later the headlight didn't work! I didn't bring it in right away (I probably should have), but took it in about a month later. The plug was burned out due to them not connecting it properly. This was 2 days later! No. I had to pay the $100 charge for them to fix it. I will be looking for another mechanic shop!
