They guaranteed us a certain quality of work, we got a crap quality of work! they put two different headlights on my car one is clear one is white, and one of my headlights does not even work! What kind of work is that? be careful and do your homework before you allow someone to work on things that are important to you. They do not even deserve the one star that I gave them, but to submit this rating I had to give at least one star

I want to thank everyone, who works for Lester's Body and Paint Shop! My service was top-notch! Everyone was so incredibly helpful, from trying to assist me with getting to Enterprise Car Rental, and then Lester's employee offered to drive me to Enterprise, b/c Enterprise's phones were not working! Lester's management went to bat for me and got a new part (bumper), because the other insurance wanted to piece-meal and only attempt to repair the bumper. My car would not be as safe, without the bumper being replaced! Thank you so very much, to ALL of Lester's employees, for making my experience "hassle-free", by taking care of ALL my needs! Took way too long to fix, they tried to do a half done paint job even when covered by insurance, then they had a hard time getting the seals on the window right. Just didn't feel like they really wanted my business then in the end gave up trying to make it right so i quit taking it back. My van still isn't right.

weather stripping and baseboard light not installed correctly. I noticed the weather stripping almost fell off after going through the car wash. The baseboard light was just left hanging and not wired through the door to the plastic compartment it was supposed to sit in. There is no way you dont do that on purpose. They were either lazy or rushed. This is a Progressive shop, and I will just demand using Toyota next time.

I had to take my Crosstrek in because it got in a fight with a deer on the interstate. They did the repairs in a week (faster than expected), they were very friendly and professional. My car looks great too! Take your car here if you need body work, they've been in business for as long as I can remember. There is a reason for that.

As soon as you open their website it claims they work on "all make and models", however, they refused to even give me an estimate on my C10 pickup simply because it was too old, and a friends 83 hatchback mustang because it was too old as well. After hearing such good things about lester's for their great work, I was surprised to see this. I'm quite disappointed and will not be bringing anymore vehicles to them.

I brought my car here after somebody hit me. This shop had done a car for us years ago, and had done a really good job. Apparently craftsmanship and quality have gone right out the window, the paint looks terrible, it's full of runs, they scratched up parts of my car that were not damaged before while installing parts, and the gaps between my bumper and fenders are not closed properly. I had to take the car back to them twice to try to get these things corrected, and they still look the same. They left the interior of my car covered in sanding dust, I am not happy.
They will never get another opportunity at my business.

I took my car here to be repaired after someone hit my car in a parking lot. They left the repairs unfinished. They painted the bumper which does not match the color of the rest of the car & one of the lights is still broken. Ot seems as if they "repaired" it with used parts. I am completely unsatisfied. The staff is also very rude. Avoid at all costs!!!
