Just arrived at Master Tech for some work to be done. Why did we travel all the way across country to come here? Because WE TRUST THEM! Would not go anywhere else.

These folks are THE BOMB. I came into their shop to pick up some things that came out of my friends motorhome after his rebuild. You would have thought they were working for me the way they treated me. I needed some awning parts and they sold me a whole awning for such a good deal that I just replaced my old Faulkner awning. There was a communication error between the owner and the install crew so he and his son just came in on Saturday and did it themselves (and it was RIGHT when they finished). As I went down he road ALL the awning rattle was gone! The owner also helped me with boatloads of tricks of the trade for fixing little things on my old motorhome. They treated me like family and I'm sure they will treat you the same way! Thanks guys for the A PLUS treatment!

I will not go back here. Our floor replacement had to be repaired immediately as we were left with numerous stains. It took weeks to clean up after the job. Master Tech denies responsibility.

They over promise and under deliver, big time. This was our second visit to this shop. After the first time we promised ourselves we would NOT come back. After many promises, we decided to give it another go, and we regretted it. We scheduled our appointment two months in advance. We had a written list of the items we needed to be fixed. We asked multiple times if the RV would be finished on time. We actually gave them an extra week (@$90/day in a hotel) just to make sure all was complete. It was clear to us that they did not start working on it during the first two weeks. We didn't receive a single phone call clarifying what we wanted done. I called the service manager 7 times before I got to talk to him in person, and he just put me off. So we show up the day AFTER we were supposed to be there, and it's still in the garage, incomplete. I grilled the owner, and he blamed his service staff for the errors, over and over again. He took NO responsibility for the items that were never addressed, and the few items that were simply wrong. Unfortunately some of the items that were never addressed are extremely important, so we will have to schedule another stint out of the RV to get everything fixed. When I asked for a "goodwill credit", the owner said he had already "credited" a few hours of labor (questionable), and that he wouldn't do any more. While we were in the parking lot, other customers told us you have to live on site and harass the tech people every day if you want to get your coach back on time. They told us a half-dozen other customers had the same experience we did, and they left furious. I won't risk it again.

We came by MasterTech last summer to get some work done under our bus. The shop was great - incredibly friendly. We loved how they let us stay in our rig and observe all the work being done, getting all our questions answered. Overall, a great experience - and we are planning to come back in the future to tackle some much larger projects with MasterTech's help.

BEWARE: We signed a bid from Master Tech RV Services in Elkhart, IN for time and material to have the floors redone in our 2002 Dutchstar. When the work was completed we were not completely satisfied with everything that was done and expressed our concerns to Josh and the technicians. When we received the final statement it was not even close to the original bid. We did change the type of flooring that we wanted installed but were assured that we could have it for the same price. When we received the final bill we were charged an additional $576 for the flooring. We were also charged the upper range limit on the number of hours that was written on the bid for each job plus an additional 9.45 hours for an additional charge of $614.25. The Adura Plank flooring that Master Tech installed had larger seams than we thought reasonable and Master Techs solution was to fill the seams with caulk. The seams of the underpayment are raised and are visible on the planking. The new carpet Master Tech installed on the slide did not lay flat on the floor. Master Tech promised in writing that it would be replaced and when we returned to have the work done, the owner of Master Tech RV Service, Tim Klenk, refused to replace it but did fix it in a way that was unacceptable to us. I could go on but the final rub was the fact that the owner of Master Tech RV Service, Tim Klenk, refused to meet with us face to face and hear our concerns. Master Tech is an example of poor customer service and misleading quotes for time and material. Tim does not appear to care if you are satisfied or not, especially after he has your money. Do not take Master Tech for their word and do not believe their bid! Buyer beware and stay way from this place if you are looking for honest quality work and costumer satisfaction on interior remodeling of your motorhome. Joe and Rose Vier

Could not be happier with everyone we worked with at Master Tech. Shirley found time for us to get our awning fixed after we foolishly left it out in the wind. We were able to get a convenient appointment and Shirley told us that if an insurance claim needed to be made, we wouldn't need to do anything, she would handle it all. While they had our rig, the tech found a huge bubble in our inner tire and Shirley called to let us know that it was a safety issue and it should be replaced. It was definitely a safety issue - when the tech took the outer tire off, the inner tire exploded in his face, thankfully with no injuries. When we picked up our rig, everything was fixed perfectly and Shirley and one of the techs even wrapped the faulty tire in plastic wrap for us so we could put it in the rig without damaging our interior - now that's service! Definitely the place to get work done on any kind of RV.
