Just had service done to my car at KLM today. I have never used these guys before. They are very straightforward and very honest. I had 3 services done and my car and it now drives like a charm. The price was very reasonable and he even gave me a coupon to use, and saved me a few bucks. It is very difficult for women to find an honest, and decent car mechanic, i am so glad i gave these guys a chance. I will return, and refer all my girlfriends to Billy and Louis.

HONEST mechanic, EXCELLENT work and a PROFESSIONAL. I've been going to Luis for 4 years now and I REFUSE to take my car anywhere else for service outside of an oil change. KLM Autocenter is a quiet kept secret but not for long since they moved to Marietta. I just hope Luis will be able to fit me in as his business continues to grow.

Messed up my mecedez benz 2 yrs ago and manager would not listen to a guest complain. Now my brother took his car for an emission and he was cum $890 for a fake calatytic converter job. Would not recomend anybody to take their car for repair.

This mechanic shop is high-quality. Their quality is evident from the first time you get anything done there, even something very basic. I have been to other shops to do emissions testing, and those other shops seem to think that because its a simple, quick procedure they do not need to perform good customer service and that their reputation won't be affected. KLM is better than that, great service from the start. I felt confident asking for their 12-point inspection after my emission testing, something I typically only do myself (i'm a do-it-yourself person). Their report of the inspection was honest and they did not pressure me to get extra services on the spot. I will use KLM in the future for quality work, and all Marietta residents should, too.

I'm amazed by the fact that this place has all good reviews but honesty Im sure all people well connected or bogus. Worst Experience I ever had and there all bunch of shady lying hustling idiots. I will admit first time I went tvere my car needed fuel pump and OEM computer to engine. Well I paid them $500 just to have car break down couple months later with exact problem. Not to mention first time took 2 weeks and they never keep you updated. Tbe guy in office is about as useful as a screendoor on a submarine. So I then took my car back there not once did I ask for discount or free repair but they basically treated me as if I did. They kept telling me workinh on car, waiting on part and 2 weeks later no calls and basically found out never even looked at it. Then tbey told my mom that I told them I was gonna get part off ebay for them. Anyway make long story short I finally just ended up selling car as is cheap to them which I did only becais I just got new car and had already spent hundreds just on towing alone. Which he promised if I came up next day with title he would have $ in hand which he ended up lying about just to get car cheaper saying he is only autorized to take certain amount for buying cars. Then funny he said just buying for parts but I went up there next day take license plate off and funny guy immediatly working on car putting in a new computer for engine I guess all sudden they came across tbe part and some how found motivation. I understand buisness is buisness and way it works but I have just never have felt so walked over and bull$hi!!ed before and I have done time and hung out with criminals my whole life. I will admit I cant complain if I allowed it but I just wanted car gone, never have to step foot on property and since I live in decatur and work i just quit caring. Yeah they got $10 emissions but I would not give that place a penny more. Scandelius hustlers remind me of my old friends from Brooklyn that would rob a house on monday then dress up on tursday knock on same door to sell them insurance or security system. Thats that maybe I was randimly picked but worst buisness i ever done with anyone and this is first time I have ever written a review on any buisness Mahalos

HONEST SHOP, this guy's are great mechanics. I was referred to them by a close friend, they defenetly met my expectations of a honest shop....Make sure you ask for Luis, you will not regret it..

Great first time experience! It's always nerve wrecking to take your car to a mechanic (at least for me). I have dealt with a few dishonest mechanics in the past so I closed my eyes and crossed my fingers as I entered KLM. I was greeted by Billy and he took excellent care of me. The price was very reasonable and I was never harassed about any other issues. It was a quick turnaround time as well. Billy answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the work needed on my car. I HIGHLY recommend KLM and will ensure I share my experience with my friends and family.

Luis is the best. When I moved from Mableton to Marietta, I missed two things: my dry cleaners and Luis. Then Luis moved to Marietta and life got even better.
Luis is a straight talker, and has often convinced me to not get repairs I thought I needed. He is sensitive to family budget needs, too. Recently we scheduled a series of repairs on an older car (1998) to both keep it running and not break the bank.

Good customer service + great prices + excellent service is a WIN for me. I appreciate an honest mechanic that tries to offer you options and alternatives that are within your budget. But it is offered without compromising the quality and safety of your vehicle. I've been going to Luis' shop for over 3 years when it was on Veterans Highway. However I love his new space here at KLM Auto Care. It's bright, bigger AND air conditioned. I can nearly spend half a day here watching TV if I had too. LOL

These guys are GREAT! They are genuine, honest, knowledgeable & affordable. I have been a customer for over a year & I am always happy with their service. Trust me, if you need emissions done for $10, oil change, tune up, window regulator etc., they can handle it.

Fantastic.These guys are awesome. I failed my emissions test due to a leak and got my smoke test done here (quote was roughly $70) and the leak fixed. Turns out my leak was really tiny and they only charged me $45 since the labor involved was minimal. I feel like if this was any other place they would have charged me full price and more! They're as transparent as it gets and I love it

I first went to KLM for my emissions test ($10), returned to buy new wiper blades and have them installed (perfection) and will return again for who knows what kind of vehicle maintenance. They're efficient, a great value, know their stuff and nice.
