After my accident, right in front of the Toyota Dealership on Cyrpess Ave, I contacted my insurance , AAA, and they recommended BLVD Body Shop. I also had some Toyota staff members come out to see if we were OK. I asked them who they recommended...they first said BLVD Body Shop, off of Hartnell. I figured that was good enough recommendation for me. Had my Prius towed there. From the begging they were very organized and professional. I dealt mainly with Adam and he always responded quickly to my emails. They completed the restoration and car looks like new.
I highly recommend them!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I walked right in without an appointment and got an estimate in about 10 minutes. I then got an appointment the next week. The car took longer than expected but they called me every step of the way so I knew exactly what was happening. Just meant I got to drive the rental car longer ;) I was nervous to see the results but I wanted to cry at how well they did. You could not tell that my car had even been damaged. They also cleaned my car too which was great! I will definitely be returning if I ever need more work done on my car.

I ran into a former employee and they stated that they half-ass a lot of cars, I told them that from what my car received.. It was no surprise.. I had a comment that they would fix their problems.. Just to respond., I took it back five times.. I had to buy a new under fender tire guard as they put it on upside down.. The bolts didn't line up.. So they just used huge anchor bolts.. My parents CTS, they put the axels in backwards., they took it back five times.. After a while it's just more of a headache to take it back, the last time I took my Honda in they told me to kick rocks..

They did such a nice job on my truck all I can do is let the pictures say it all. I plan on taking it back for a little more work. The truck should last me another 20 years. They also did some front end paint on my 2014 Ford after I had hit a large rock. They matched the paint perfect. A month later I was having my tires rotated and the person let the tire hit the new paint. It was just rubber on the paint but we could not get it off. I took it back to BLVD and they rubbed it out. I was very happy as I keep my things running and looking right.

Blvd Bodyshop is top notch. Quality repairs at a fair price. I have had amazing experiences with them. If something isn't right, they fix it 100% of the time. If you've had a negative experience there I would bet that they didn't have a quality insurance company representing them.

Picked up my car this morning. Not only had the rear bumper been repaired but they had also taken care of a few rock chips on the front and rubbed out a long scratch on the door. I had asked Seamus if they could try to fix the scratch but was not expecting it to be invisible! And they washed my car and shine the tires and did a little vacuuming in the interior. What a delightful surprise! Highly recommend Boulevard body shop as they are reliable, competent, and very easy to work with.

So I was involved in an accident and needed to get a new radiator and some front end work done. Nothing big. They had my car for 2 weeks, no big deal. I had a rental. The problem was they call me and tell me my car is done, I go pick it up and drive it for 10 minutes before it starts making a horrible noise. I take it back to the shop, it turns out the fan was damaged in the accident to and they didn't realize it! Um hello isn't that why you take the car apart to get an estimate so you can see what's wrong? I asked them why nobody drove my car before they told me it was ready and the guy couldn't answer me. It took them a week to fix it the second time and my car still makes a strange noise but I'm just going to deal with it for now. Mind you the only reason I took it to this place is because my insurance company recommended them. Needless to say I told my insurance company to quit recommending them to their clients.

Let me start by saying I don't give 5 star reviews, they always seem just as phony as the 1 star rants. I had the unfortunate luck to hit a deer 250 miles from home (the deer had it worse off) and had to leave my vehicle in Redding for 3 weeks. My insurance company recommended Blvd Body Shop. The customer service was outstanding. Adam West (not Batman) kept me informed through the process with updates and pictures, and gave me an accurate estimate of when to come back to town. He even picked me up at the airport when I flew back into Redding. My Honda Pilot looks like new and is running like a champ. I hope I never have to return, but I think they do great work and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

I had a rear-end collision in late November. My insurance company (Allstate) was awesome. They appraised the damage, gave me a written copy, wrote me a check in that amount and assured me that after the vehicle was examined completely by a body shop - if the finished amount was greater - they would pay THAT amount.
Fortunately, Blvd. Body was one of their approved shops. Based upon a YELP review of my first choice I elected to instead, visit Blvd. Body.
Whewww. Such courtesy, professionalism and thoroughness! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with a date to return with the vehicle on a certain day. I was assured they would meet their completion date.
.
I took the car in on the proper day.. I received photos emailed to me as the de-construction and repair proceeded. I called 2 days prior to the promised day and they said it would be ready one day early.
When I picked it up it looked brand-new, Every gap was in perfect alignment. The new paint and the replaced paint-striping was perfect. Nothing was missing. Nothing was overlooked. No little nuts or washers were to be found on the floor or in the trunk. It was spotless.
I'm very pleased to report that it could NOT have gone more easily - no anxiety - no missed communication i.e Adam was always available to answer questions. Simply, a great experience.

If you read my Google Review, you'll see why I am leaving this here as well.
But to update the "Repairs" performed on my Dodge Pick Up, I should have checked the headlights THE night I reluctantly decided to take my truck back from this shop. This after 2+ months. When I turned on the headlights, the driver side is perfect but the passenger side pointed about 25' into the ground. The fog or running lights illuminate the tree tops in my neighborhood. The reason the driver side light is perfect is because they never touched it.
This place lacks serious "Quality Control".....gulp.....management.
I will take my vehicles to a dealer from now on for any future body work.
I recommend you stay away from this place.

We had an insurance claim & took our pick up to Blvd Body at the recommendation of our insurance company. We were very happy with the work done and especially happy with the time frame (took them only 3 days to finish what was originally estimated to take a week) and the customer service was above and beyond both when we dropped the car off and when we picked it up.

Worst service ever! Took several visits to fix car including missing hardware on vehicle. Lots of slimy excuses. I was told parts out of stock- turns out dealership down the street had them for about 2 bucks. I had to organize the delivery to the shop because these guys were too inept to figure it out. Took over two months to fix with them stalling the whole time. I you value your sanity or your car DO NOT go here. Zero stars if I could.

Worst body shop and response of my life. They had the car for two weeks and never even wrote estimate. Didn't return calls and had to have towed somewhere else. Don't walk somewhere else; you should run. Also took car apart to try and stop it being towed away. So we had towed on flat bed.

My worst mistake was not getting in a wreck, but taking it to this body shop. I had a minor wreck which should have been easy to fix. When I arrived to pick up my car I noticed the paint didn't match, the bumper did not align and their was over spray. I was told it was not their fault, these mistakes were their prior to their work. I knew this was not true because the paint on my car matched perfect before and the only panel that did not match was the panel they worked on. The attendant tried to lie and say they did not take off the bumper. I then showed him the quote he gave me and pointed out the line item that stated they were taking off the bumper. The attendant said I was wrong and raised his voice at me and started yelling at me. The owner of the business then tried to lie to me, telling me that all cars have over spray behind the gas lid. Later I find out my license plate bulbs do not illuminate; I had to spend a few hours of my own time troubleshooting and reconnecting wires that they did not connect when they obviously took off my bumper. On top of all of this, it now takes at least 20 minutes for me to fill up my gas tank because the gas pump trips due to the gas not flowing fast enough into the tank.
I know body work can be tough and everything is not perfect the first time, but as a body shop you have to realize this and own up to your mistakes. I was more upset by the terrible customer service than the horrific job. I would have been better off giving a kindergarten a paint brush. I do not want anyone to go threw this nightmare, that is why I am taking the time to write this review.

I had a pretty serious accident and my insurance sent me to a well reputed collision repair shop in redding. ...needless to say after the third time having to return for repairs not done properly, I refused to go back!I was then sent to boulevard body shop and it was like night and day. Shamus took the time to go over every last detail with me in the middle of an atmospheric river! One week and my car (which was only 3 months old)was perfect again! I feel safe on the road again and will definitely refer them to anyone! Thank you! Xoxo
