This place is great! Their customer service is very good and so are the prices very reasonable! I just got my back brakes and rotors changed for a little over $200 when other places what have charged me much more. First I called them to see if they can take a look at the car then when I brought it in the guy new exactly who I was and after a quick inspection started written up an estimate. As he was writing the estimate someone else came by and asked if I had been helped and this was on a Friday at 5pm with a full garage! Definitely will be coming back as a girl coming here alone I can definitely say I felt like I was in good hands.

I wouldn't trust these people with your car or money.
I called them to see if they could inspect a used car I was planning to buy, tell me what was wrong with it and repair anything that was wrong. I asked them if they accepted credit card as a payment and they said they did. They were initially friendly and told us everything that was wrong and gave a quote.
They said it would be done Thursday or Friday at the latest. I called them Friday and they said they needed a few more days.
The car was finally done the next Wednesday. They called me around 8pm and said I could pick it up. I appreciate them letting me come to pick it up late. We left immediately to pick up the car. When we were 1/2 way to the shop we got another call asking if we could pay in cash. We said no we didn't have cash and we were told we could pay by credit card. They said their machine wasn't working and we needed to bring cash or we couldn't pick it up.
After a long talk, they finally said "Okay, you can still come, maybe our machine will work." We thought this was really shady and their machine was never broken they just wanted us to pay in cash.
We got there and the credit card machine was working perfectly on the first try, which further led us to believe they were lying over the phone.
When we saw the car we noticed a new large scratch on the driver's side door - they said they would offer a free oil change for their mistake. Also there were large grease stains on the interior of the car which weren't there before and the car was extremely dirty on the outside when it was clean before we dropped it off.
The next day our car wasn't working. We found out there was a leak in the transmission that they didn't notice. Also they didn't notice that the breaks were completely worn out. They were supposed to fix the Air Conditioning on the car but it was still broken.
The only good thing that we can say about them is that their prices are very reasonable. But you get what you pay for I guess.
Bottom line: they were suppose to inspect the car before we bought it. They didn't do a thorough inspection. And the problems they did notice were not completely fixed. They also damaged the interior and exterior of the car, and were shady about trying to make us pay cash when we told them in advance we couldn't.
I would not recommend or trust One Stop Auto Center.

After 22 day my brakes had this rough screech. I called and Heidi did say I was under "warranty"(ihopeso) it was only 22 days. But the two times I passed they had more than 3 cars in parking lot and honestly I didn't want or have time to wait. I won't ever come back... To be fair I didn't let them fix problem. I'm just going to go back to other place where things were done right the first time.. Loss $147

Just want to thank One Stop Auto Care for always providing great custom service. Jordan and rest are great auto mechanics. They use to be in Carson area but moved out here a couple of years ago.
They are always willing to help a customer out, especially with rides. Many times they have given me a ride back to work or giving me a ride back to shop.
It's good to know that your dealing with experts. These guys work hard, sometimes past six, to make sure that your car problem or service is done correctly. You can trust these guys.

I have brought my car here a handful of times. Everyone is so nice and helpful, really laid back too. The mechanics really care about their customers and helping them out.
I couldn't afford to make a payment and they easily worked it out with me. I will keep coming back here for sure. When I came to pick my car up they were BBQing and even offered up some grub. So rad. Chill people work here. I will suggest them to anyone I know who needs some car help.

never thought i would trust a mechanic shop but man they guys are awesome especially Jordan, my Honda just recently failed smog so needed repair and boy did they do a awesome job and for a lot cheaper than the smog center was trying to get out of me and they have payment plans if u can't pay it all at once. thanks again guys for all ur honesty and awesome deals. recommend this place to all once u go u will not go to another shop again trust me.
p.s car passed smog with flying colors and the clicking sound is gone thanks jordan

I have been to this shop a couple times now and both times I was satisfied with the service. I got my rear breaks and rotors changed on my 2003 Acura back in June and most recently got my front breaks and rotors changed. They are good mechanics, friendly service and best of all good prices.

Customer service here is horrible! They never call like they say they will. They take forever even when they aren't busy. There is no sense of urgency. They aren't clean. They left greasy fingerprints on my car. Never bring your vehicle here.
